Life is busy, and good health shouldn’t be out of reach because of schedules. GOOD fitness and health information should be easily accessible, for everyone. Good recipes should be healthy and delicious and hopefully easy, because life is busy. Fitness programs should help achieve goals and be fun. These should all add to the quality of your life.

About the woman behind it

I’ve worked in the health and fitness field for well over a decade, and bring my experiences training athletes to helping women find new strengths and confidence in and out of the weight room. My aim is to educate and guide clients to make their own decisions along the way, and the greatest compliment I can receive is to no longer be needed.

I can’t say I’m done learning, either, as each day the science evolves and new approaches to helping people are discussed by coaches.

I spend most of my time traveling with my husband and son, while training online. You can find me by the ocean or at a baseball field 99% of the time.
